NOTES: ✅ By default, this calculator assumes your data volume increases by 50% after processing, then decreases by 20% due to deduplication. These rates affect your final hosting calculations. You can adjust them as needed - including setting them to 0% if you prefer no expansion or no deduplication. ✅ You can select processing and hosting rates for ECA and Review. ✅ Processing costs are calculated on the original, pre-processed data volume. ✅ ECA costs assume that hosting fees apply to non-promoted data only. You can select the estimated percentage of data volume in ECA and Review to calculate the hosting fees. ✅ Hard copy costs for scanning, unitisation, OCR and coding only appear if selected. ✅ You can leave any non-applicable fields blank (e.g. forensic collection fees, user fees, etc.), but some fields are required. ✅ Consider moving your ECA workspace to cold storage after you have completed your searches and promoted your responsive documents to review.
